This week the American Energy Alliance released its 2024 American Energy Scorecard for the House of Representatives. The AEA Scorecard scores voting and co-sponsorship decisions on legislation affecting energy policy in order to educate voters on how their representatives vote and hold members accountable for voting records. This year’s scorecard compiles 21 votes from the 118^th Congress.  90 House members achieved a 100% score.

WASHINGTON DC (08/30/2024) – Last night, Vice President Kamala Harris gave her first sit-down interview since the Democratic Party supplanted her at the top of the national ticket. In the interview, Harris seemed to reverse many of her previous stances and actions on energy issues, stating she no longer supports mandating electric vehicles and has “evolved” on the question of banning fracking.
