Why is the Obama Administration Working to Further Raise Gas Prices?

Affordable gasoline and diesel is critical to the economic well-being of our country. But the EPA is working on new regulations called the Tier 3 Rule–an all pain, no gain regulation designed to increase the price of gasoline.  We cannot let the EPA make the Tier 3 rule become a reality.
